What You Will Do
- Learn to repair and maintain household appliances including washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and electric cookers
- Visit customers’ homes to diagnose issues and carry out repairs safely and efficiently
- Use your mechanical or electrical mindset to troubleshoot and solve problems on‑site
- Record and manage job details using our in‑house engineer software
- Follow guidance from your mentor while building your skills and confidence
- Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs clearly and professionally
- Continuously develop your technical skills through structured training and on‑the‑job experience
What We Offer You
- Salary: £32,500 to £33,000 per annum (depending on experience) – with increases once you’re signed off training
