The Role
As part of our engineering team, you will visit customers’ homes to diagnose and repair domestic appliances, ensuring an excellent customer experience on every visit.
Must be able to repair at least four of the following appliance types
- Washing Machines
- Tumble Dryers
- Dishwashers
- Refrigeration appliances
- Electric cooking appliances
Responsibilities include managing appointments, ordering parts, completing repairs efficiently, and representing Pacifica professionally.
- What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of two years field‑based domestic appliance repair experience.
- Strong fault‑finding and repair skills across at least four core appliance types.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Full UK manual driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
- Positive, professional attitude and pride in delivering high‑quality workmanship.
