Highland Appliances Trainee White Goods Engineer – Field Based – Full Training Provided – Inverness and surrounding areas

We specialise in the repair and maintenance of high-quality household appliances across the Highlands, Skye, Strathspey and Moray. We work with leading manufacturers including AEG, Beko, Neff, Zanussi, Smeg, Siemens and Bosch, and pride ourselves on delivering a fast, reliable and professional service to customers in their homes. Due to continued growth, we are now looking to expand our field service team.

What You Will Do

  • Learning to repair and maintain household appliances including washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and electric cookers
  • Visiting customers’ homes to diagnose issues and carry out repairs safely and efficiently
  • Using your mechanical or electrical mindset to troubleshoot and solve problems on-site
  • Recording and managing job details using our in-house engineer software
  • Following guidance from your mentor while building your skills and confidence
  • Providing excellent customer service, explaining repairs clearly and professionally
  • Continuously developing your technical skills through structured training and on-the-job experience
