Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm (37.5 hours/week)

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage our HR function, advise senior management, and drive employee engagement. This role offers the chance to develop people management practices, support a high-performing team, and make a visible impact across the business. You may be required to work additional hours from time to time to meet the objectives of this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day HR operations and team management
  • Support recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding
  • Maintain HR policies in line with employment law
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to managers
  • Manage employee relations, absence, disciplinary, and grievance cases
  • Administer maternity, paternity, and parental leave processes
  • Conduct exit interviews and track trends
  • Maintain learning and HR databases
Requirements
  • CIPD Level 5 minimum or Level 7 (and to have held this qualification for at least 3 years)
  • At least 3 years' experience managing a HR team or department
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, TUPE, and HR best practice
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Full UK Driving Licence required as the role will involve travel to other Pacifica sites as and when required
