What You Will Do
- Learning to repair and maintain household appliances including washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and electric cookers.
- Visiting customers’ homes to diagnose issues and carry out repairs safely and efficiently.
- Using your mechanical or electrical mindset to troubleshoot and solve problems on-site.
- Recording and managing job details using our in-house engineer software.
- Following guidance from your mentor while building your skills and confidence.
- Providing excellent customer service, explaining repairs clearly and professionally.
- Continuously developing your technical skills through structured training and on-the-job experience.
What We Offer You
- Salary: £25,500 to £26,000 per annum (depending on experience) – with increases once you’re signed off training.
