What You Will Do

  • Learning to repair and maintain household appliances including washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and electric cookers
  • Visiting customers' homes to diagnose issues and carry out repairs safely and efficiently
  • Using your mechanical or electrical mindset to troubleshoot and solve problems on-site
  • Recording and managing job details using our in-house engineer software
  • Following guidance from your mentor while building your skills and confidence
  • Providing excellent customer service, explaining repairs clearly and professionally
  • Continuously developing your technical skills through structured training and on-the-job experience

  • Salary: £31,500 to £32,000 (depending on experience) (Inclusive of £5,000 per annum high cost living allowance for candidates living within the BS postcode area) - salary reviewed once you're signed off training
