The Role

As part of our engineering team, you'll visit customers in their homes to diagnose and repair domestic appliances while delivering an excellent customer experience on every visit. You’ll repair four or more of the following appliance types:

  • Washing Machines
  • Tumble Dryers
  • Dishwashers
  • Refrigeration appliances
  • Electric Cooking appliances

Using our industry-leading technology, you'll manage appointments, order parts and complete repairs efficiently while representing Pacifica professionally.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of two years' field-based domestic appliance repair experience.
  • Strong fault-finding and repair skills across four or more core appliance types.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A full UK manual driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
  • A positive, professional attitude and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
