What You\’ll Be Doing Field-based repairs of domestic appliances in homes across South East London and nearby areas Fault diagnosis and repair of at least 4 of the following: washing machines, dishwashers, fridges/freezers, tumble dryers, or electric cookers Use our user-friendly engineer software to manage your day efficiently Deliver a professional, friendly service that reflects Pacifica\’s customer-first values What We\’re Looking For Minimum 2 years\’ experience in appliance repair / white goods servicing Competent in repairing at least 4 core appliances Field-based service experience is essential Strong fault-finding skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude Full UK Manual Driving Licence (max 6 points) What You\’ll Get Basic Salary: £34,000 – £43,000 (based on experience & skillset)(Inclusive of £7,000 per annum London weighting for engineers living with the inner M25 area) Bonus Scheme: Uncapped – up to £50,000 OTE Working Hours: Monday to Friday, approx. 9am-5pm, with pre-planned routes Sign-On Bonus: Available for the right candidate Full Benefits Package Company Van (private use optional) + Fuel Card Tools, Uniform, PPE, and Tablet Provided Daily parts delivery to a local ByBox collection point near your home Up to 33 days\’ holiday (including bank holidays) Company Pension & Death in Service Benefit (3x salary) Free Multi Appliance Protection for your own home appliances Monthly employee rewards (e.g. cash prize draws) Ongoing manufacturer training with Electrolux, AEG, LG, Hisense & more City & Guilds Assured Training to upskill and certify your development About Pacifica Our Purpose We exist to keep households running while protecting the environment.
