About the Role

As Practitioner Settlement Officer, you’ll be responsible for administering practitioner (dentist) payments accurately, efficiently, and in line with contractual obligations and company policies. You’ll also act as a key point of contact for payment enquiries, helping deliver a professional and responsive service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare, validate and process practitioner payment files to schedule

  • Excellent attention to detail and reconciliation skills
  • Strong communication skills and a responsive service approach
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team
  • Qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar (preferred)
