We are currently seeking to recruit a Technical Analyst to join our Technology team based in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support, build, and enforcing best security practices whilst working with our platform owners and Risk/compliance teams. The individual will be involved in projects and operational changes aligning to the overall business vision, priorities, and compliance strategies.
Role Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between the operations and finance towers in the areas of systems design, modifications, and troubleshooting.
- Support business users in development and delivery of end user and ongoing training and education programs.
- Provide technical leadership in the assessment, design, and implementation of SAP GRC security and IT risk solutions.
- Perform the role of GRC subject matter specialist including the ability to provide application support to internal/external project team members.
- Understanding of GRC configuration and security concepts and procedures.
- Gathered requirements for ECC role design and created / maintained authorizations for roles as part of SAP Security.
- Performed unit testing, executed HANA user provisioning, troubleshoot user authorization issues, and performed day-to-day user administration activities.
- Configured GRC Access Control modules, including ARA (Access Risk Analysis), ARM (Access Request Management), and EAM (Emergency Access Management).
- Extracted Firefighter Log reports through GRC and facilitated review by FF Controller.
- Conducted risk analysis and remediation activities, identifying, and addressing critical Segregation of Duties (SODs) issues.
Qualifications / Skills & Experience
- Previous GRC experience with recent exposure in GRC implementation project.
- Experience in user administration & role management.
- Analyze missing authorizations & troubleshoot authorization issues.
- Knowledge of various SUIM reports and critical authorizations.
- Day to day technical support and resolution of security issues.
- Working knowledge of Profile Generator (PFCG) to develop single, composite, and derived roles and ability to transport roles across the landscape.
- Good relationship skills and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to configure GRC access control settings.
- Design custom rule sets based on customer requirements, maintain SOD ruleset, risks & functions definition as per the organization's needs.
- Create and develop mitigation controls and assign them to users that have risk violations.
- Knowledge of performing Segregation of Duties (SOD) analysis for users, roles.
- Ability to configure and maintain workflows and BRF+ workflows with different conditions for ARM.
- Knowledge of conducting User access reviews, SOD reviews and configure these review processes.
