Talent Intelligence & Recruitment Marketing Analyst - 12 month FTC

We're looking to hire a Talent Intelligence & Recruitment Marketing Analyst on an initial 12 month contract.

This role exists to transform how Pacific Life Re and Underwrite Me attract talent by using data, market intelligence, and targeted campaigns to improve pipeline quality and hiring outcomes.

This is not a traditional recruiting role — you will not carry requisitions.

Instead, you will enable Talent Acquisition teams to perform at their best through insight, analytics, and optimisation.

  • Talent Intelligence & Market Insight
  • Own talent market intelligence across key hiring areas, including competitor analysis, talent mapping, and candidate behaviour insights
  • Analyse recruitment funnels end-to-end (attraction → application → hire), identifying drop-off points and opportunities to improve conversion
  • Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence hiring strategies and stakeholder decisions
  • Recruitment Marketing & Campaign Optimisation
  • Design and execute multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns (job boards, social, CRM, careers site)
  • Continuously optimise campaigns through data analysis, A/B testing, and performance tracking
  • Identify the most effective channels, messaging, and targeting approaches for different talent segments
  • Improve both quality and efficiency of applications, not just volume
  • EVP & Talent Attraction Strategy
  • Shape and evolve the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to ensure differentiation in competitive talent markets
  • Translate EVP into targeted messaging and compelling campaigns for key hiring areas
  • Partner with HR Communications to align content, brand, and attraction strategy
  • Insight, Reporting & Enablement
  • Build and maintain reporting on campaign performance, channel ROI, and funnel metrics
  • Deliver clear insight-led narratives that help TA leaders and hiring managers make better decisions
  • Equip TA teams with data, tools, and guidance to continually improve hiring outcomes

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Talent Intelligence / Talent Insights
  • Recruitment Marketing
  • Marketing or Growth Analytics
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and generating actionable insight
  • Experience analysing funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, or channel ROI
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear stakeholder recommendations
  • Strong collaboration skills across TA, HR, and business stakeholders
  • Preferred
  • Experience with tools such as Linked In Talent Insights, Talent Neuron, or similar platforms
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Power BI, or other data visualisation tools
  • Experience working in multi-market or global environments
  • Exposure to employer brand or EVP development
