We are hiring our first Senior Product Analyst for the Decision Platform team. We need someone highly independent, commercially aware, and hands-on: a product analyst who can turn complex data across multiple products into clear insight, sharp recommendations, and better product decisions. This role is focused on Decision Platform, our B2B enterprise software suite for insurers.

As Senior Product Analyst, you will lead product analytics and strategic insight across the Decision Platform product suite, helping us understand product performance, business performance, customer health, and market opportunities. You will identify what we should measure, build the evidence base for product decisions, uncover opportunities for improvement, and proactively recommend actions that improve customer value, product performance, and commercial outcomes.

We are looking for someone who can independently find the most important questions, structure analysis, connect product usage to outcomes, and help shape roadmap, proposition, and go-to-market decisions across Decision Platform products. You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Design, Engineering, Data, SMEs, and commercial stakeholders. You will also help us mature our product analytics capability as the first analyst in this area, establishing good practice, robust metrics, and scalable ways of working.

Decision Platform has clear product, customer, operational, and commercial metrics that inform decision-making. Product teams consistently use data and insight to prioritise roadmaps, evaluate outcomes, and improve customer value. Leadership has visibility of Decision Platform performance through effective dashboards, scorecards, and strategic reporting. Customer opportunities, adoption risks, and market trends are proactively identified and translated into recommendations and action.

Own product analytics across Decision Platform products by defining meaningful product, customer, operational, and commercial metrics across Rules Engine, Decision Studio, AI Engine, and cross-product workflows. Proactively identify opportunities by analysing product data and user journeys, delivering actionable recommendations that influence roadmap, proposition, UX, engagement, retention, and performance.

Work with Engineering and Data teams to improve instrumentation, data quality, event capture, and access to the right product and customer data. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for product teams, leadership, and business stakeholders, linking strategic objectives and OKRs to product, customer, operational, and commercial performance.

Support product strategy and business cases with evidence-based analysis, including opportunity sizing, trend analysis, adoption analysis, and outcome modelling. Help assess analytics, insight-generation, and recommendation opportunities within the product, including how these capabilities could create customer value.

Communicate clearly with stakeholders, turning complex analysis into simple, persuasive narratives and practical next steps. Create customer and market intelligence views by combining product analytics, customer feedback, discovery insights, commercial context, product marketing research, and market intelligence to identify opportunities, risks, and strategic priorities.

Monitor competitor, industry, and market trends to provide context for product performance, customer expectations, and strategic decision-making. Support portfolio-level decision making by helping leadership understand product, customer, commercial, and market performance through insight-led reporting and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s or other advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Senior Product Analyst, or similar role in a digital product, B2B SaaS, enterprise software, platform, or workflow product environment, ideally across multiple products, regions, customer segments, or market contexts.
  • Strong product sense and commercial judgement, with a track record of delivering actionable insights that influenced roadmap decisions, product performance, customer outcomes, or business results.
  • Strong product analytics skills including metrics design, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, segmentation, behavioural analysis, feature performance assessment, customer journey analysis, experimentation, forecasting, predictive modelling, causal inference, or other advanced analytical techniques.
  • Experience with product analytics, engagement, BI, and visualisation tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Customer.io, AppsFlyer, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.
  • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills, with the ability to perform robust ad hoc analysis and interrogate data independently.
  • Experience helping to set up, mature, or significantly improve product analytics practices, including metrics frameworks, instrumentation, dashboards, governance, or ways of working.
  • Experience conducting or supporting competitive analysis, market benchmarking, or industry research to inform product strategy and investment decisions.

This is a foundational role: you will be the first Product Analyst in this part of the business and will shape how product analytics is done in Decision Platform. You will work on products that combine automation, AI, data, and complex insurer workflows. You will partner with senior stakeholders across Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and the wider business.

This is a strong growth opportunity: this is a chance to define a function, raise the bar, and have visible impact in a scaling business backed by a strong parent company. Join us in our mission to revolutionize the insurance industry with innovative solutions on the Decision Platform.
