Pacific Life Re is seeking a Portfolio Lead within its Business Change function to establish an enterprise portfolio capability, align initiatives to strategic priorities and enable data-driven investment decisions at ExCo level. Reporting to the VP, Business Change, you will lead portfolio governance, capacity planning, and value-based prioritisation, partnering with Finance, Strategy, Risk and Technology to mature the operating model.
