Pacific Life Re is hiring an AVP, Portfolio Management Office to lead the central PMO, deliver portfolio governance and investment oversight across the Business Change function.

The role partners with Portfolio Leads to align change investment with strategy and to ensure resources are deployed effectively.

You will own the PMO framework, reporting, controls and continuous improvement, driving delivery maturity and executive transparency across programs and projects.
