This role is central to enabling successful delivery - supporting realistic planning, managing dependencies and ensuring predictable outcomes aligned to programme releases. - Partner across Technology, Architecture, Data, Security and Programme teams to align planning, design and execution.
- Support planning cycles, roadmap development and prioritisation, providing clarity on capacity and sequencing.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery discipline, transparency and ways of working.
- Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships, ensuring delivery commitments and regulatory requirements are met.
- Coach and support project and portfolio teams, contributing to delivery capability and PMO maturity.

- Understanding of technology landscapes (platforms, infrastructure, data, integration, security and cloud).
- Proficiency in delivery tooling (e.g., PPM systems, Jira, MS Project, Power BI, Confluence, MS365).
- Proactive, organised and resilient, able to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Degree or equivalent experience; relevant certifications (e.g., APM, PRINCE2, PMP, SAFe, Scrum) desirable.
