Pacific Life Re in London is seeking an AVP, Employee Relations to provide expert ER support across the International region, partnering with PX, Legal and business leaders to manage complex workplace matters and to design a new ER service delivery framework.
You will lead investigations, advise senior leaders, develop ER standards, monitor programme effectiveness, and ensure compliance with local and global requirements while contributing to training and risk management across the regional HR.
