The Technical Assistance (Newbuilding) supports the Newbuilding Department in technical, administrative, and project coordination tasks related to vessel construction, design review, and delivery preparation.
Ensure PIL Health, Safety, Environment policy is implemented.
Propose a continuous improvement plan which will be reported and reviewed on a periodical basis.
- Technical and Engineering Support.
- Assist in reviewing structural drawings, plans, and documents from shipyards, equipment makers.
- Project Coordination.
- Monitor newbuilding project schedules, milestones, document submissions, and action items.
- Coordinate with shipyards, Class, Flag, and internal departments.
- Follow up on specification deviations, work progress and drawing approval for the project.
- And any ad-hoc requirements.
