At Pacific International, we partner with Fortune 500, FTSE 100, and high‑growth organisations worldwide to build exceptional C‑suite and senior leadership teams. As a globally recognised retained executive search firm, we’re proud of our collaborative culture, adaptability, and long‑standing commitment to diversity and inclusion. As we continue our next phase of growth, we’re making a small number of strategic senior hires. After achieving sustained year‑on‑year growth of around 30% over the past two years, we’re introducing one newly created senior delivery role to help shape the future of our firm.

This role offers the opportunity to combine hands‑on executive search delivery with client partnership and people leadership. It’s designed for someone who enjoys being close to the work, values quality and collaboration, and is motivated by making a meaningful impact, both for clients and colleagues. The role offers senior‑level autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to play an active part in strengthening our leadership bench while supporting sustainable growth.

If you’re looking for a role where your experience, perspective, and leadership style will be valued, and where you can grow alongside a high‑performing, international team, we’d love to hear from you.

The role as a senior delivery leader includes:

  • Lead end‑to‑end executive search assignments
  • Own and lead client relationships, or partner closely with another senior member of the team, while acting as the primary delivery lead
  • Manage, mentor, and develop delivery teams (consultants and/or associates)
  • Balance delivery excellence with people leadership and commercial contribution
  • Act as a senior point of escalation and guidance across assignments
  • Contribute to the evolution of delivery standards and ways of working as the business continues to scale

You will operate with a high degree of independence and have direct access to senior leadership.

Experience:

  • Significant experience in retained executive search (typically 7+ years)
  • Background within a boutique or mid‑size search firm preferred
  • Manufacturing sector experience ideal, though adjacent sectors are equally considered
  • Exposure to different organisational structures and ways of working is a plus
  • Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end search assignments
  • Comfortable leading senior client relationships
  • People management experience (ideally 2+ years), including responsibility for delivery quality and team development
  • Able to balance hands‑on delivery with leadership and accountability

Skillset:

  • Strong sense of ownership and initiative
  • Pace‑driven, outcome‑focused, and decisive
  • Comfortable setting direction and driving momentum rather than waiting for instruction
  • Collaborative and low‑ego, with high personal standards
  • Enjoys developing others while maintaining delivery excellence

Why us?

  • Established global executive search firm with a strong growth trajectory
  • Approximately 30% year‑on‑year growth over the last two years with improved profitability
  • Very low turnover at senior levels
  • A collaborative, non‑political culture distinct from many larger firms
  • Direct access to senior leadership and genuine influence on how the business evolves
  • Flexibility on title and long‑term progression based on contribution rather than tenure

Our process:

  • Initial, informal conversation with a senior leader (US or Europe)
  • Follow‑up discussions, in person, focused on fit, leadership style, and growth alignment
  • PI and Hogan assessments to support long‑term mutual fit
