Pacific International is partnering with a global leader in the electrical solutions sector to appoint a Field Sales Manager responsible for driving growth across the UK and selected European markets. The role will play a key part in executing the regional go-to-market strategy, strengthening distributor relationships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth through a high-performance, customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior leadership in achieving regional and company-wide objectives
  • Deliver sales targets across the UK and other designated territories
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Associates, including:
    • Defining and implementing sales strategy
    • Setting clear goals and performance targets
    • Conducting regular performance reviews
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key distribution partners and branch networks
  • Develop relationships with electricians, end users, and purchasing stakeholders
  • Support and execute targeted product marketing campaigns within the electrical distribution channel
  • Manage new product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, distribution)
  • Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for distributor branch staff
  • Drive brand awareness through:
    • Trade counter promotions
    • Customer events (e.g. breakfast mornings)
    • Effective use of point-of-sale materials
  • Maintain strong engagement with key market influencers and customers
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
