A dynamic and strategic Trade Marketing Manager will drive in‑store visibility, consumer engagement and commercial success across wholesale channels in Europe. Ideal candidates possess strong analytical, project management, negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the retail landscape.
What You Will Be Doing
- Strategic & Financial Planning: Quantify value creation for trade marketing initiatives, track ROI, and manage budgets while ensuring alignment with premium positioning.
- Project & Campaign Execution: Plan and execute merchandising, sales days, store activations, POS materials and temporary displays. Coordinate schedules, manage suppliers, and oversee trade shows and in‑store events.
- Retail Environment Optimization: Negotiate premium space, create and optimise planograms, and tailor execution strategies to store layouts and consumer behaviour.
- Asset & Content Management: Track physical assets, syndicate digital trade marketing assets, and maintain a comprehensive merchandising library.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Coordinate design processes, manage end‑to‑end communication across sales, marketing and supply chain, and lead vendor negotiations for design, print and fabrication.
- Reporting & Insight: Support commercial planning with retailer insight reporting and collaborate on promotional calendars and campaigns that drive sell‑in and sell‑out.
What We Need From You
- Experience in trade marketing, retail execution or commercial marketing.
- Proven supplier management, budgeting and ROI analysis expertise.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in planogram software, Microsoft Office Suite and digital asset management tools (plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field (benefit).
