Responsibilities include: Management and interpretation of contractual clauses between the company and the client. Monitoring contractual milestones and related payments with the Project Director/Manager. Serving as the point of contact for the client on contractual matters. Managing all variations and invoicing on the project. Advising the Project Director/Manager on any project execution aspects deviating from the contract requirements. Managing contractual and commercial risks to ensure early identification and proper management.
