We are listed in Hong Kong and operate globally with a fleet of over 250 ships trading worldwide. Our team comprises about 4,300 seafarers and over 400 shore staff in 14 key locations around the world.

As part of our ongoing development, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chartering Manager to join our team.
What we are looking for:
- An ambitious Chartering professional with a strong commercial mindset and a proven ability to outperform the market.
- Responsibility for trading our core fleet in the spot market, actively securing cargo coverage, and chartering‑in and operating tonnage as required.
- Ability to develop, manage, and strengthen long‑term relationships with customers and brokers, while actively expanding the client base.
- High attention to detail, with full commercial and financial responsibility for fixtures and voyage execution, including the negotiation of robust and protective contractual terms.
- A well‑organised, proactive individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
- Strong discipline in following internal systems, protocols, data entry requirements, and risk management procedures.
Skills Capabilities Qualifications:
- Chartering professional with minimum 3 years’ international chartering/broking experience.
- Knowledge of demand and supply trends for cargoes, particularly in Atlantic region.
- A thorough understanding of the operational practices, policies and strategies of international ship chartering.
- Previous experience with maritime business software systems such as IMOS and Shipfix.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, brokers and other key industry stakeholders.
Attributes / Personality:
- Excellent communication skills, English language proficiency is essential. Further language skills are an advantage.
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
