Currently, we are undergoing a significant business transformation to transition our platform into a SaaS business. This transformation includes significant changes to our business model, platform features, UI/UX, and overall user experience to enhance the value proposition for our customers.
Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Manager to join our team and drive the evolution of the Protection Platform. The Product Manager will play a crucial role in collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, sales, engineering, marketing, and support to streamline business operations, identify growth opportunities, and enhance the overall user experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting customer interviews, analysing data, and working closely with analytics teams to derive actionable insights that will inform product development and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development tasks and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance post-launch, gather feedback, and iterate on features to continuously improve product quality and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in product management, preferably in a SaaS environment or a fast moving scale up.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
