Pacific Life Re is seeking a Process Analyst on a 12‑month fixed-term contract to partner across the BPM team in analysing and redesigning business processes.
You will document current-state processes, run workshops to gather requirements and design efficient future-state processes that enhance controls and user experience.
You will produce robust process documentation, maintain artefacts, and support governance and continuous improvement initiatives across Finance and the wider business.
