Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Supervise front‑of‑house staff.
  • Monitor food preparation, presentation, and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback or coaching.
  • Ensure guests have a positive dining experience.
  • Support inventory checks for FOH supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records (sales, payroll, supplier contracts, etc.).
  • Encourage upselling and promotional offers.
