Sous Chef – Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and leading the team.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality dishes and presentation standards.
- Oversee food preparation and service to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
- Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to build a strong team.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and allergen compliance.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and cost management.
- Assume a leadership role in the absence of the Head Chef to ensure service continuity.
- Contribute to menu development and continuous improvement of kitchen performance.
