Job Description * This a hands-on role with plenty of career progression. * You will be responsible for all areas of the restaurants, interior and exterior, which include building, mechanical, systems and controls, energy management, furniture, kitchen equipment. * The maintenance team is a small one, so the ideal candidate will need to be a hands-on manager. * You will liaise with contractors when necessary. * You will be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the restaurants to ensure that they meet health and safety standards and any legal requirements. Requirements * A strong individual with restaurant/hotel background. * Possess a strong work ethic and have a desire to continue to learn and grow. * Confident in repairing of small electrical appliances, kitchen equipment, plumbing and decoration. * To have worked a minimum of 3 years within quality restaurant/hotel maintenance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
