We are a restaurant group made up of creative and forward-thinking individuals. Our dishes are Peruvian-inspired and our drinks and general bar program are exceptional. Experience in this particular field of cuisine is always nice but certainly not essential.
This is a hands-on role with plenty of career progression.
- You will be responsible for all areas of the restaurants, interior and exterior, which include building, mechanical systems and controls, energy management, furniture, and kitchen equipment.
- The maintenance team is small, so the ideal candidate will need to be a hands-on manager.
- You will liaise with contractors when necessary.
- You will be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the restaurants to ensure that they meet health and safety standards and any legal requirements.
The requirements:
- A strong individual with restaurant/hotel background.
- Possess a strong work ethic and have a desire to continue to learn and grow.
- Confident in repairing small electrical appliances, kitchen equipment, plumbing, and decoration.
- To have worked a minimum of 3 years within quality restaurant/hotel maintenance.
- To have strong attention to detail.
