We are a restaurant group made up of creative and forward-thinking individuals. We seek those who want to further themselves and understand the vitality of a balanced team that works as a family for the bigger picture. Our dishes are Peruvian-inspired and our drinks and general bar program are exceptional. Experience in this particular field of cuisine is always nice but certainly not essential.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of career progression.

  • You will be responsible for all areas of the restaurants, interior and exterior, which include building, mechanical systems and controls, energy management, furniture, and kitchen equipment.
  • The maintenance team is small, so the ideal candidate will need to be a hands-on manager.
  • You will liaise with contractors when necessary.
  • You will be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the restaurants to ensure that they meet health and safety standards and any legal requirements.

The requirements:

  • A strong individual with restaurant/hotel background.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and have a desire to continue to learn and grow.
  • Confident in repairing small electrical appliances, kitchen equipment, plumbing, and decoration.
  • To have worked a minimum of 3 years within quality restaurant/hotel maintenance.
  • To have strong attention to detail.
  • Clean driving licence.
