Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions about the menu, restaurant, and policies
- Handle customer concerns and notify management when needed
- Assist guests with special requests (highchairs, accessibility seating, etc.)
- Warmly greet guests as they arrive
- Manage the seating chart and guide guests to their tables
