Responsibilities

  • Manage booking systems and reservation confirmations
  • Handle VIP, large groups, and special occasions efficiently
  • Maintain accurate guest flow during peak hours
  • Guide and support junior hosts/hostesses
  • Train new hosts on greeting standards and reservation systems
  • Ensure hosts follow grooming, uniform, and service protocols
  • Act as a liaison between guests, service staff, and management
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for group seating and events
  • Maintain reservation logs and guest databases
