Responsibilities
- Manage booking systems and reservation confirmations
- Handle VIP, large groups, and special occasions efficiently
- Maintain accurate guest flow during peak hours
- Guide and support junior hosts/hostesses
- Train new hosts on greeting standards and reservation systems
- Ensure hosts follow grooming, uniform, and service protocols
- Act as a liaison between guests, service staff, and management
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for group seating and events
- Maintain reservation logs and guest databases
- Leadership and team coordination skills
- Familiarity with reservation and POS systems
