Role Summary

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will step into our vibrant restaurant environment and hit the ground running, leveraging your proven skills and management expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and support the front‑of‑house team to deliver high service standards.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff.
  • Conduct pre‑service briefings and provide continuous coaching and performance feedback.
