  • Bar Supervisor Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day operation, organization and performance of the bar within the venue.
  • Lead the bar team and maintain exceptional standards at all times.
  • Handle bar and wine‑related operations, including ordering, stock control, stock counts and Market Man administration.
  • Act as the key operational link between the bar team, the Restaurant Manager and the Bars & Beverages team.
  • Support the business’s growth and career development of staff.
