Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and support the front‐of‐house team to deliver high service standards.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff.
Conduct pre‐service briefings and provide continuous coaching and performance feedback.
Ensure smooth day‐to‐day service by coordinating with kitchen and bar teams.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle complaints professionally.
Maintain strong menu knowledge to support service quality and team guidance.
Monitor guest satisfaction and drive upselling opportunities.
Support the Restaurant Manager with scheduling, staffing, and operational needs.
Ensure compliance with service standards, policies, and health & safety regulations.
Step in during busy periods to assist the team and maintain service flow.
