As an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager , we trust in your ability to step into our vibrant restaurant environment and hit the ground running, leveraging your proven skills and management expertise.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Monitor food preparation, presentation, and service quality.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback or coaching.
Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Handle staff conflicts, attendance issues, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure guests have a positive dining experience.
Analyse financial reports to track sales, expenses, and profitability.
Maintain accurate records (sales, payroll, supplier contracts, etc.).
Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for smooth operations.
