Drive innovation by leading the development of AI-based systems that will redefine what’s possible in sports Design, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack web applications integrating AI/ML models Collaborate on building PACETEQ’s unified Sports Data Platform Implement backend services, RESTful APIs, and frontend UIs in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, or similar) Integrate ML models into production systems Help define software architecture that supports real-time decision intelligence for sports Contribute to DevOps and ML Ops pipelines. Learn and grow through cross-functional projects with a crew of embedded engineers, application developers, and sports experts Operate with speed and precision in a performance-driven environment Report directly to our CTO and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO when the stakes are high 3–6 years experience in fullstack engineering with exposure to AI/ML Proficiency with JavaScript, React, and other web technologies Hands-on experience deploying machine learning models in a production environment Strong API design skills (REST / GraphQL) Experience with containerization (Docker), cloud platforms (AWS), CI/CD Familiarity with AI tools/libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, OpenCV, etc.) High accountability and ownership: able to independently deliver full features Strong verbal + written communication in English Adaptable mindset — solving technical challenges in fast-moving environments At PACETEQ, performance starts with people.
