- Drive innovation by leading the development of AI-based systems that will redefine what’s possible in sports.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack web applications integrating AI/ML models.
- Collaborate on building PACETEQ’s unified Sports Data Platform.
- Implement backend services, RESTful APIs, and frontend UIs in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, or similar).
- Integrate ML models into production systems.
- Help define software architecture that supports real-time decision intelligence for sports.
- Contribute to DevOps and ML Ops pipelines.
- Learn and grow through cross-functional projects with a crew of embedded engineers, application developers, and sports experts.
- Operate with speed and precision in a performance-driven environment.
- Report directly to our CTO and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO when the stakes are high.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years experience in fullstack engineering with exposure to AI/ML.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, React, and other web technologies.
- Hands-on experience deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
- Strong API design skills (REST / GraphQL).
- Experience with containerization (Docker), cloud platforms (AWS), CI/CD.
- Familiarity with AI tools/libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, OpenCV, etc.).
- High accountability and ownership: able to independently deliver full features.
- Strong verbal + written communication in English.
- Adaptable mindset — solving technical challenges in fast-moving environments.
