We are looking for a seasoned Product Marketing Lead to own and shape our product marketing strategy and bring discipline and impact to how we take releases to market. Sitting within the Product Management team as a senior individual contributor initially, you will be the connective tissue between what we build and how the market, our customers and our go-to-market teams understand its value.

This is a strategic, hands-on role. You will define how we position and message our products to every audience that matters, and you will build a repeatable, tiered approach to launches that scales the right amount of effort to the size of each release. Success is measured commercially: winning new logos and driving cross-sell and upsell to maximise recurring revenue. The role is initially an individual contributor, with clear opportunity to grow into a leadership position.

What you will do:

  • Product Marketing Strategy
    • Own and continuously evolve the product marketing strategy, aligning it to company growth objectives and the product roadmap.
    • Develop deep understanding of the market, buyers, users, competitors and the problems our products solve.
    • Define and maintain core positioning, value proposition and differentiated narrative for the product portfolio.
    • Establish product marketing frameworks, templates and ways of working that the wider organisation can rely on.
  • Launch Strategy
    • Define and own a tiered launch framework that matches go-to-market effort, investment and visibility to the expected market and business impact of each release.
    • Determine the tier of each release, orchestrate the cross-functional plan, and run launches end to end.
    • Define standard deliverables, timelines and roles per tier so launches are repeatable and predictable.
    • Run a launch calendar and coordinate dependencies across product, marketing and go-to-market teams.
  • Messaging & Positioning
    • Build a master messaging framework (value proposition, pillars, proof points, persona-specific messages) that cascades into all internal and external materials.
    • Tailor messaging to internal audiences including support, professional services, presales, account managers, marketing and the executive team.
    • Tailor messaging to external audiences including partners, customers, press and analysts.
    • Lead analyst and press relations content – briefing materials, narratives and ongoing engagement with key influencers.
  • Go-to-Market Enablement
    • Collaborate day to day with product managers to align messaging and launches with the roadmap.
    • Equip sales and presales with enablement assets: pitch decks, playbooks, competitive battlecards, demo narratives and ROI tools.
    • Partner with sales enablement to embed product knowledge and messaging into onboarding and training.
    • Support customer success and account management with expansion narratives and materials that drive adoption, cross-sell and upsell.
    • Develop customer-facing content – case studies, references, web and campaign content – in partnership with marketing.
    • Run competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis, feeding insights back to product and go-to-market teams.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years' experience within a product marketing function, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record building product marketing strategy and leading product launches of varying scale, from minor releases to new-to-market products.
  • Expertise in positioning and messaging for both technical and business audiences, internal and external.
  • Demonstrable commercial impact on new-logo acquisition and on cross-sell / upsell and recurring revenue.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership with product management, marketing, sales enablement and customer success.
  • Excellent storytelling, written and verbal communication, and the ability to influence without authority.
  • Analytical, data-driven approach to measuring and optimising product marketing performance.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience defining or rolling out a tiered launch framework.
  • Experience building, mentoring or leading a product marketing team, or clear ambition and aptitude to do so.
  • Familiarity with financial operations, subscription/recurring-revenue business models, or our market domain.
  • Relevant product marketing certification (e.g. Pragmatic Institute, Product Marketing Alliance).
  • Experience with analyst and press relations.

What we offer:

  • Private equity–backed growth journey with strong strategic direction.
  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Strong benefits package including flex hours and wellness allowances.
  • Remote/Hybrid working options.
