PACER is the home of social sport.

We launched in London this summer and we're hiring an in-house content creator to own video and photography from shoot to final edit.

This is a hands‑on production role at the centre of how PACER shows up in the world.

What you’ll be doing You’ll run two shoots per week at club sessions, rides, races and events across London, then edit and deliver a constant flow of assets – short‑form video, photography and campaign content – working closely with our Social Media Manager, who owns strategy and channels.

You’ll build and manage our content library so the team always has assets ready to go, and you’ll help shape a visual identity that feels premium and true to the communities we serve.

Who we’re looking for A shooter‑editor who can carry the whole process solo: planning, shooting, editing, delivering.

You’re fast, self‑directed and comfortable working to a weekly output schedule.

You have a strong eye for the aesthetic of modern sport brands and ideally you’re active in sport yourself.

You’ll need proficiency with professional camera equipment, and strong skills across editing software for both video and stills.

What we’re offering Competitive salary based on experience, with the opportunity to shape the visual identity of a funded, live and growing platform from the ground up Creative ownership of the production process, working directly with the founder and marketing team Access to London’s best sport communities, events and races — your subject matter is genuinely good How to apply Send a link to your portfolio or reel to with a short note on the sport communities you’re part of and your vision for PACER. #J-18808-Ljbffr
