About the Role
- Supports EMEA onboarding operations end-to-end
- Ensures a smooth, welcoming Day 1 experience for new hires and managers
- Manages in-person onboarding in London and remote onboarding across EMEA
- Partners with IT and Workplace teams to ensure Day 1 readiness
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day EMEA onboarding logistics and scheduling
- Manage onboarding calendars, sessions, and stakeholder coordination
- Draft and send pre-onboarding, Day 1, reminder, and follow-up communications
- Coordinate tech setup, security briefings, and onboarding sessions
- Partner with IT for device readiness, distribution, and Day 1 setup
- Support in-person onboarding logistics in London (rooms, materials, facilitation support)
- Partner with Workplace teams for badge access, space readiness, and arrival experience
- Support remote onboarding across EMEA with consistent delivery
- Maintain onboarding resources in tools such as Notion and OpenHouse
- Support facilitators with session preparation and real-time troubleshooting
- Manage onboarding exceptions and regional requirements with accuracy
