The Role: We’re looking for motivated graduates or career starters to join our team as Business Development Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity to launch a career in sales with full training and long‑term progression. You’ll be supported by Prospect Mastery Training, PaceOps’ structured internal training programme designed to develop confident, high‑performing inside sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate new business opportunities via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Make 60–70 connected outbound calls a day
- Research and qualify prospective clients
- Represent client brands and clearly communicate product and service value
- Conduct virtual and occasional face‑to‑face meetings
- Maintain and update CRM systems
- Track KPIs and report on sales activity weekly
- Clear career progression

Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm. No weekends.
Salary:£23,800–£25,000 base salary + £2,000–£4,000 OTE.
Skills Required:- Degree in any subject (or strong motivation with relevant experience)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Resilient, target‑driven, and eager to learn
- Confident using computers and office software
- Fluent in French
- Sales, customer service, or call‑based experience
- CRM and LinkedIn experience
- Comfortable working remotely
- Experience delivering presentations via Zoom or other virtual platforms
This is a fully remote role. Travel to our Cambridge HQ is required for onboarding on the first day (expenses paid). Occasional travel may be required.
