We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a 30‑unit luxury residential apartment scheme in NW London, with individual apartments valued between £2m‑£5m. You will work under a Project Director, alongside two other Site Managers, delivering a super‑prime residential project to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day site management of high‑end fit‑out works
- Managing subcontractors and specialist trades
- Ensuring exceptional quality of finishes throughout
- Driving programme, health & safety, and logistics
- Coordinating inspections, snagging, and handovers
- Maintaining strong communication with the wider project team
Qualifications
- Proven experience on super‑prime residential fit‑out projects
- Background delivering luxury apartments, mansions, or similar
- Strong eye for detail and quality‑led mindset
