Role: As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead on the initial discovery and scoping of potential AI use cases within a global law firm, based in Central London. You will have ownership of the full project, seeing the agreed solutions through to implementation and adoption.
What you’ll do:
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation, leveraging AI and emerging technologies.
- Lead the full lifecycle implementation and execution of an AI-driven transformation initiative within the law firm's back-office functions.
- Develop and oversee the strategic roadmap for AI integration, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Engage and manage senior stakeholders, including partners, legal teams, and operations leaders, to secure buy-in and drive organisational change.
- Utilise Agile project management methodologies, ensuring efficient and iterative project execution.
- Collaborate with AI specialists, legal technology teams, and external vendors to deliver scalable and impactful solutions.
The successful Senior Project Manager will be able to demonstrate:
- Extensive experience in Agile project delivery, in the capacity of a PM / Senior PM having delivered several projects from start to finish.
- Expertise in AI applications within back-office operations, process automation, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to drive project execution effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders, with experience in legal or professional services environments preferred.
- Solid business acumen, with the ability to assess and articulate the impact of use cases within a business context.
- Consulting experience is highly desirable, with a strong ability to influence and facilitate decision-making processes.
- Experience working within the legal industry or professional services sector is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate in a dynamic and evolving environment.
