Due to rapid growth and an exciting new customer, you will join our team as an Associate Consultant to deliver exceptional BPM support during a time of service transition.

Role:

  • Part of a team of brilliant consultants, you will apply your experience of Signavio and business process management to enable our customer to transition from one system to another.
  • You will facilitate workshops, engage with diverse groups of stakeholders and encourage a shift toward a process-oriented culture.

Accountabilities of the role will include:

  • Process Management: Apply business process management expertise, including experience in process architecture, to process mapping/modeling, and end-to-end scenario design using SAP Signavio Business Process Management (BPM) suite. Drive adoption of process standards and governance, partnering across business functions. Utilise strong process communication and facilitation skills, to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and reinforce the shift toward a process-oriented culture.
  • Business and Data Analysis: Analyse and interpret data and convert raw information into actionable insights to help drive strategic decision‑making process. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, sharing learnings, and suggesting opportunities for enhancement.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations and present to clients. Managing team governance, such as running stand‑ups and helping Senior Stakeholders with reporting.
  • Client interaction and communication: Work with key stakeholders, understand their needs, gather information and provide updates on project progress and timelines. Positive client relationships often lead to repeat business and a positive reputation in the industry.
  • Collaboration and supporting key projects: Collaborate closely with team members to maintain a consistent and effective approach to client projects, enhancing the quality of the solutions proposed.
  • Driving communications: Leading on relevant comms plan which could include posting news and updates, and managing "lunch and learn" schedule. Support on communications with internal and external teams.
  • Adhoc admin: Supporting all other team admin tasks as and when needed. Operate primarily within Microsoft 365 environment and other systems such as Hubspot and Monday.com.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Proven experience of SAP Signavio and Business Process Management
  • Strong planning, organisation and delivery discipline
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders with differing priorities
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous or changing environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on outcomes
  • Ability to anticipate delivery risks early and intervene decisively to protect outcomes, momentum and stakeholder confidence
  • Demonstrable experience of effective project governance and commercial awareness
