We’re looking for someone to own the rollout, success, and expansion of Pace’s agents at our largest insurance customers in London. Working directly with customers, you’ll lead deployments to ensure our agents drive measurable impact, and expand usage across workflows and business units. What this looks like in practice:
- Translate customer operations into product direction: Work closely with customers to discover their pain points and success criteria, and translate those insights into clear product requirements and priorities.

You’re a great fit if you:
- Have high autonomy, a strong bias to action, and a genuine curiosity for understanding customers.
- Have experience operating at the intersection of customers, product, and GTM.
- Communicate clearly with executives, operators, and technical teams.
- Are comfortable turning messy, real-world workflows into clear, executable steps.
