We are seeking an exceptional Legal IT Project Manager to join our team and support a high‑profile law firm through a significant multi‑year transition.

Role:

As one of our Senior Consultants, you’ll be delivering projects in IT for a merger integration program at a global law firm focusing on business of law applications and different systems, working closely with different stakeholders across the business at a senior level. Your experience will ideally include working on Business of Law Applications in the legal sector, and you will be able to demonstrate an element of subject matter expertise in legal workflows, confidentiality requirements and regulatory obligations.

What you’ll do:

  • Take ownership of our customer’s various Business of Law Applications projects
  • Develop, maintain and monitor project plans, ensuring all project documentation is maintained and kept up to date such as floor plans, RAID logs and Change Orders
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and produce clear, concise status reporting
  • Manage change and communications to ensure successful project delivery
  • Support technical teams in issue resolution and escalation management

The successful IT Project Manager will be able to demonstrate:

Essential:

  • Proven success delivering IT projects in law firms
  • Minimum 5 years project management experience, with experience establishing and adhering to clear project governance and reporting structures
  • Ability to operate within a consulting environment, with strong stakeholder engagement skills and an ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences
  • Systems integration experience, such as HRIS, CRM, intranet or Business of Law applications
  • Advanced PPM tooling (MS Project/ Monday.com), PowerPoint and Excel skills for reporting and Exec‑level communication
  • Legal industry or financial/ professional services experience
  • Relevant program/ project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)

Desirable:

  • M&A integration experience
