- Client onboarding and matter opening
- Identify and mitigate compliance and audit risks, improving governance and control frameworks
- Work closely with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams to capture requirements and ensure successful adoption
- Oversee system implementation, testing, data migration, and go-live activities
- Ensure robust project governance, including RAID logs, reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Manage third-party vendors and technology partners where relevant

- Support change management and user adoption for new systems and processes

- Conflicts
- AML / KYC
- Client onboarding
- Experience re-engineering operational processes to reduce risk and improve efficiency
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior legal and business stakeholders
- Experience working in highly regulated, audit-sensitive environments
- Solid understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to navigate complexity
Desirable:
- Experience delivering Intapp implementations or similar legal risk platforms
- Background in Legal Operations, Risk, or Compliance transformation
