Due to growth of an ongoing programme of work, you will join our team as Finance Integration Project Manager within the Legal Services sector where you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships across diverse stakeholder groups on behalf of our clients.

Role: The Finance Integration Project Manager will proactively oversee all Finance-related integration activities, managing systems transitions, reporting alignment, cost tracking, policy harmonisation, and cross-department dependencies. The successful Project Manager will be required to work closely with Finance leadership teams internationally, as well as Technology, HR, Risk, and external vendors to ensure a smooth, controlled integration.

Key responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:

  • Lead and coordinate all Finance merger integration activities
  • Manage the Finance integration project plan and roadmap
  • Assist in coordinating the integration of financial system and data
  • Track Finance-related merger costs and provide forecasting
  • Analyse and harmonise finance policies, controls, and procedures
  • Run regular Finance workstream meetings, prepare status updates, and manage communications
  • Maintain project governance documentation, RAID logs, and executive reporting
  • Identify risks and issues early, drive mitigation and resolution
  • Support cutover planning, testing, and implementation
