We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who has a background of supporting professional services organisations to store, organise, secure and retrieve client and matter‑related documents and emails in a structured, compliant way. Your experience will ideally include working on Document Management Systems in the legal sector, and you will be able to demonstrate an element of subject matter expertise in legal workflows, confidentiality requirements and regulatory obligations.

What you’ll do:

  • Take ownership of our customers Document Management System (DMS) project
  • Develop, maintain and monitor project plans, ensuring all project documentation is maintained and kept up to date such as floor plans, RAID logs and Change Orders
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and produce clear, concise status reporting
  • Manage change and communications to ensure successful project delivery
  • Support technical teams in issue resolution and escalation management

The successful Project Manager will be able to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in successful delivery of DMS projects within a professional services and/or environments
  • Ability to potentially manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to adapt quickly to unexpected changes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • A proactive, delivery-focused mindset and ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments.
