We are seeking an exceptional Data Centre Project Manager to join our team and support a high‑profile law firm through a significant multi‑year transition.
Role:
As one of our Senior Consultants, you’ll be joining our team delivering projects in IT that support a broad merger integration program at a global law firm. Your role is to own a project to decommission an existing Data Centre, working closely with different stakeholders across the business at a senior level. Your experience will include running a discovery phase for the Data Centre closure, and building an understanding of what hardware is in place and in use.
What you’ll do:
- Take ownership of our customer’s Data Centre decommissioning project
- Define and agree the approach, plan and resources required to deliver the scope of the work
- Ensure that the designs of the Data Centre and broader IT infrastructure solutions comply / align with the underlying infrastructure strategy and design principles
- Work closely with internal management, business stakeholders and external stakeholders to develop optimum solutions and service models
- Deliver effective and comprehensive RAID management
- Manage all relevant vendors and suppliers as needed

- Experience of managing a Data Centre decommissioning project
