- Ensure appropriate MRI/ferromagnetic safety procedures are followed on relevant projects.
- Proven construction Project Management experience.
- Previous Design & Build experience.
- Trade/site-based construction experience.
- SMSTS qualified.
- Strong RAMS and programme management experience.
- Asta Powerproject experience.
- Good understanding of M&E and commercial processes.
- Asbestos Awareness and Working at Height training.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Degree/NVQ Level 7 or equivalent experience preferred.
- DBS clearance may be required.
